We were challenged with developing a suitable product brand and concept that would work for launch and beyond. This needed to consider how the company and product brands would relate to each other, using relevant competitive and customer insights that would help us position the brand.
We conducted behavioural research and competitive analysis to understand customer segmentation and gaps in the market. This was followed by a one-day workshop to develop the brand strategy to guide the design of our product logo and campaign concept plus supporting assets.
From this, we developed a product logo that stood independently to the parent brand. This accompanied a campaign concept that clearly stood out from the competition and spoke to the natural and gently way in which the product works in the supraciliary space.
The campaign and its full suite of launch materials received unanimously positive praise from the team, who valued the rigorous process taken to develop the brand strategy and final assets.
