Headstart for migraine
Sales aids are incredibly useful, but training a sales team to use them can be dull, with a lot to retain. The client wanted this training tactic to be informative, but delivered in a memorable and engaging way to train the sales team.
We wanted to offer something ‘outside the box’ (or inside the box). Our solution was a video game-inspired board game, drawing on the aviation/travel theme of the wider brand campaign.
Our unique solution paid off: HEADSTART was recognised as a finalist in the PM Society Internal Communications category. The team really enjoyed the session and said it was a different way to help them learn and familiarise themselves, while being able to have some friendly competition.
