Today, we’re 8. That almost sounds grown up.

If last year was all about change, this year has all been about stability. Bedding in our refreshed purpose and pushing it through everything we do. Ensuring an authentic, consistent Saltness to everything, whether that’s for us or for our clients. And those changes we laid the groundwork for last year are now starting to bear fruit.

This year has brought new structure, new freedom and new possibilities. We’ve embraced it all, excited by the opportunity to keep doing what we love, and to evolve it along the way, too.

And stability hasn’t meant standing still - quite the opposite. It’s meant adapting, evolving and challenging like we always have, but with the constant of our purpose shining through more strongly than ever before.

Those human connections are still what we get excited about, and getting out and about more in our industry this year has definitely been one of the highlights. More time with our peers and partners, more time with health tech start-ups and more time with pharma - always connecting, listening and absorbing, and always sparking ideas.

It’s been a fun year, and a busy year. And we have plenty more to be getting on with as we head into year 9 :)
